The Exhibitor Diaries open in September, but we wanted to give an exclusive on how the diaries will look and feel for our brand spanking new Show; CHS Birmingham!
How to log in
Just like our Sister Show CHS Leeds, by signing up as an exhibitor at CHS Birmingham, you’ll get special access to our Exhibitor portal:
- View your diary and appointments
- Download exclusive marketing materials
- Upload information about your stand
- Order your LeadReference Scanner
- Update detailed about your stand staff and insurance information
Our diary services and LeadReference Scanners are all provided by RefTech, a Partner to our Show.
How the appointment system works
Once we’ve opened the diaries for our Show, Hosted Buyers and VIPs can request to book appointments with Exhibitors for up to the length of 15 minutes. All of our hosted buyers will complete a minimum of four appointments throughout the day, so make sure you have filled out your exhibitor webform and provided us with all your information, ready to sell yourself to our wonderful buyer community.
We review our criteria of Hosted Buyer yearly, to validate that we are attracting buyers that want to do business and network at CHS Birmingham – the most important reason for exhibiting at our one-day live event. You can check out our full ticketing criteria’s here.
Viewing your appointment diary
Once all buyers have selected their appointment bookings, we will close their diaries. You will then gain access to your very own stand diary, containing all the appointments booked with you. No one else can see or add appointments to it unless you give the organiser a specific instruction to do so.
The day is arranged into appointment slots with a period of time blocked off for lunch, so you can catch up on emails or take a walk around the Show.
Messages
Once you have access to your diary, there is a nifty function to send and read messages from our Buyers, this could give you clues on what to talk about during your appointments, so make sure to check these out and take note!
If you wish to send your buyer appointment a message in relation to your appointment, you can do so, by the click of a button!
