The Vine Hotels portfolio now stretches the length of the country with the addition of the group’s latest managed hotel in Eastbourne.
After successfully completing a multi-stage, competitive tender process, Vine Hotels is delighted to take over the management of the Best Western York House Hotel, Eastbourne with immediate effect.
The property takes the number of hotels owned and managed by Vine Hotels to thirteen, after a string of acquisitions for the brand, including Bredbury Hall Hotel in Cheshire, The Old Rectory, Handsworth and The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel, Warwick. The company’s burgeoning portfolio stretches from the Northeast to the South Coast as it continues with an ambitious programme of growth.
