T-minus 6 days until CHS Birmingham, and we are so excited to be back for our second year. 2022 is going to be bigger and better, and we want you to have an amazing time at the Show. That’s why we’re bringing you this 2-part guide on how to make the most out of your day. In case you missed it, you can check out part one here.
1. Make your travel plans
Planned how to get to the ICC yet? Plan ahead to give yourself one less thing to worry about! The ICC is in a central location in Birmingham and easy to access, but you can never be too prepared, can you?

If you are planning to drive to Birmingham City Centre, be aware that there is a Clean Air Zone in operation and you may be required to pay a daily fee. To find out more click here.

2. Wear Comfortable Shoes
Step counter at the ready? You’ll definitely get your 10,000 steps at CHS Birmingham! The show floor will be filled with exhibitors, the education programme stage, a cocktail bar, lounge areas and more. Wear some comfortable shoes so your feet aren’t aching at the end of a busy day walking around!
3. Balance your time between visiting exhibitors, attending educational and networking sessions
As we mentioned before, there is so much to see and do at CHS Birmingham. Keep an eye on the time, so you don’t get caught up all day doing one activity and missing out on all of the others! Balance your time between speaking to venues, learning everything you can from our speakers and catching up with your fellow industry profs.

Finally, if you have booked exhibitor appointments in the CHS Birmingham diary system, why not set a reminder in your phone 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment? Our exhibitors have been informed of all appointment bookings and will be ready and waiting to meet you on their stand!

5. Plan to meet your existing connections
While you will be meeting so many new people at CHS Birmingham and building new professional connections, it’s also a great chance to catch up with your existing connections. Before the show, reach out to any current connections you have by email or on social media, and schedule a time to catch up at the show. It’s important to keep nurturing your current relationships – you never know, they can turn into new business for you too! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #CHSRocks
